  • Fostering an authentic therapeutic relationship

What we offer organisations…

Brief Workplace Assessment: The aim is to understand the needs of employees in your organisation. This is helpful for change management processes and initiatives or to determine any issues impacting employee engagement and productivity. This process includes a summary report of key themes and recommendations.

Brief Consultation: This is tailored to clarify your concerns, priorities and options in a single meeting. Strategies and resources are identified to enable progress towards your goals, with options for continued services available.

Workplace consultations: Facilitated group discussions with staff in your organisation as a forum to seek and share views and information. This is a best practice approach to building cooperation among teams.

Small group support: This approach is appropriate following potentially traumatic incidents. It is based on trauma informed principles with psych0education about the impact of critical incidents and coping strategies.

Individual and small group coaching: Individual coaching can add to team training programs by allowing a more personalised experience. Group coaching approaches build trusted, peer-mentoring relationships.

Facilitated discussions: Discussions to address interpersonal issues and conflict in the workplace as an informal process with an objective third party. These discussions aim to build positive workplace relationships and promote two-way open communication.
